Alpha III: The Holy

At the beggining of each draw step, the active
player looks at the top card of his or her deck.
If its a nonland card, he or her may play it
without paying its mana cost.

At the beggining of each end step, the active
player untaps all his or her lands, then choose
a target player to draw a card.
