Alright, Who Farted?!

As an additional cost to cast this spell, yell
"Alright, Who Farted?!".
Each player must yell "Not Me!" as fast as they
can. The last player to yell "Not Me!" loses 2 life,
and creatures they control get -2/-2 until end of
turn.
Gotcha - Whenever an opponent farts, you may
say "Gotcha!". If you do, you may return this
card form your graveyard to your hand.
