Altar of Fate

Whenever another permanent enters the battlefield under the control of a player equal to or lower than you on the leaderboard, each opponent higher than you on the leaderboard puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
Four Radiants are required for the Ancient Ceremony.
