(Altar of Hephaestus is Red and Blue.)
Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield under
your control you may make a 1/1 colorless golem creature token. Then put a devotion counter on
Altar of Hephaestus.
At the end of your draw step if there are 2 or
more devotion counters on Altar of Hephaestus sacrifice two artifacts you control. When you do
exile Altar of Hephaestus and return it the battlefield transformed under your control.
