Altar of Hestia

(Altar of Hestia is White and Blue.)
Whenever a devotion counter would be placed on
a permanent you control draw a card. Then put a devotion counter on Altar of Hestia.
At the beginning of the end step if Altar of Hestia
has 4 or more devotion counters on it you may
return a legendary permanent you control to your
hand. If you do exile Altar of Hestia and return it
to the battlefield transformed under your control.
