Altered Souvenir

Enchant : creature
When Altered Souvenir comes into play, exile
all creatures except enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature can't attack or block and
players can't play creature spells.
When enchanted creature or Altered Souvenir
leaves the battlefield, return all exiled creatures
to the battlefield under their owners' control.
