Alternative Uses

Counter target non-creature spell unless its controller pays {x}, where X is its converted mana cost. If the spell is countered this way, return it to its owner's hand instead of its owner's graveyard.
You may cast a spell of the same type with the same converted mana cost without paying its mana cost.
