Expel {2} (If you would roll this card from the
Chaos Library, instead, exile it. As long as it
remains exiled, you may cast it for it's expel cost)
Destroy up to two target permanents you don't control. For each permanent destroyed this way,
it's controller may roll the Chaos Library or
search their library for a permanent card of a different type than the one destroyed, reveal it,
put it into their hand, then shuffle their library.
