+2: look at the top two cards of your library, you may choose to put any number of them on the bottom of your library.
-2: Shuffle target permanent into its owners library, that player reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card put it into play.
-10: Emblem: You may play cards from your graveyard, if a spell played this way would be put into a graveyard shuffle it into its owners library.
