When Itachi enters the battlefield tap all creatures your opponents control.
{1}{r}{b}: put a blaze counter on target creature.(creatures with a blaze counter get a
-1/-1 counter at the beginning of each players upkeep.)
If 3 or more creatures have blaze counters
on them flip Itachi.
