The only creature spells you may cast are
commanders. Reduce the casting cost of
commanders you own by {1} for each
time you've cast that commander.
This goal is achieved when a commander you
control has done 21 Points of damage to
opponents. (Does not need to be the same
opponent and not just combat damage)
