At the beginning of your end step, if you control more forests than mountains, create two 1/1 green plant creature tokens and two food tokens.

If you control more mountains than forests, create two 2/2 red beast tokens and two treasure tokens.

If you control equal numbers of both lands, and at least one of each, create five 2/2 red and green elementals and gain life equal to the number of tokens you control.
