Amulet of Kings

When someone attunes to this item for the first
time it will give a +2 ability score bonus to any
ability of the wearers choice. This also increases
the maximum score of that ability by 2. The
bonus is lost when you un-attune to the item and
when you re-attune it grants the same bonus as
chosen when you first attuned.
