Amulet of the Concord

This amulet is worn by members of the Red Gold
Concord. You gain a +1 bonus to saving throws
made while attuned to this amulet. In addition,
whenever you make an attack roll, ability check,
or saving throw with advantage or disadvantage
and roll the same number on both d20s, you can
combine the two rolls and use their sum as the
result. If a combined result would equal 20 or
higher, it is instead treated as a 20, but is not
treated as a critical success.
