Amulet of the Dream-Gate

A copper and amethyst amulet with knotwork in the
image of a gateway. A fraction of it's magic remains
•By expending the last charge of this amulet, you
can take 10 minutes to ritually form a gateway
and summon a creature from another plane.
•Make a spellcasting ability or an Arcana check
(DC decided by DM). The creature takes 1 min
to transport. You must have seen or be familiar
with the creature. The CR of the creature
cannot exceed your own level.
