This ceremonial amulet provides bonuses when
attuned to a creature capable of planar travel.
This item starts with 4 loyalty and it's loyalty
resets after a long rest. You may only use 1
loyalty ability per turn, all abilities have a range
of 60 feet. If the loyalty is brought to 0, the
amulet cannot be used again until you finish
a long rest.
