When Ana, Giggling Lawmaker enters the
battlefield, choose Innocent or Guilty.
• Innocent — At the begging of each upkeep,
exile target creature you control and return it
to the battlefield under your control. It gains
flying and vigilance.
• Guilty — At the begging of each end step,
return target creature an opponent controls
to the top of its owner's library. That player
shuffles their library.
