Eminence -- As long as this is in the command
zone or on the battlefield, +1/+1 counters remain
on creatures as they moves to any zone other than
a player's hand or library. You may cast creature
cards in graveyard with +1/+1 counters on it and
you may spend mana as though it were mana of
any color to cast that spell.
Whenever Anafenza, Khan of Abzan, you may
put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature.
