Anarchic Offensive

The owner of target nonland permanent shuffles
it into their library, then reveals cards from the
top of their library until they reveal a nonland
card. You create X 1/1 red and white Soldier
creature tokens, where X is that card's mana
value. Then they put that card into their hand
and the other revealed cards on the bottom of
their library in random order.
