When Anarchy enters the battlefield, if you cast it from your hand, conjure Thieves Auction onto the stack.
(It's a spell with "Remove all nontoken permanents from the game. Starting with you, each player chooses one of the cards and puts it onto the battlefield tapped under their control. Repeat this process until all cards have been chosen.")
