Whenever you draw your third card each turn, as
long as Andella is in the command zone, you may
create a 1/1 Blue Creature Token named Andella's
Ghost with "When this creature becomes the
target of a spell or ability sacrifice it and put
Andella, Forever Unseen from the command zone
onto the battlefield."
When Andella enters or leaves the battlefield look
at the top 3 cards of your library and put them
back in any order then draw a card.
