Andrew, Hoard Maestro

Whenever Andrew deals combat damage to a player, put a Hoard counter on it. Then, mill X cards, where X is the number of Hoard counters on Andrew. For each creature card milled this way, put a +1/+1 counter on Andrew.
If Andrew has three or more Hoard counters, it has menace and "Whenever Andrew attacks, you may return a creature card from your graveyard to your hand."
If Andrew has five or more Hoard counters, it has Menace and lifelink.
