Players have no maximum hand size.

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player may draw a card. Each opponent who does can’t block you or permanents you control until your next turn.

At the beginning of each player’s draw step, that player draws an additional card and can't attack you or permanents you control.
Whenever an opponent draws a card, Androids 17 & 18 deals 2 damage to that player.
