Each player sacrifices a nontoken creature, enchantment or planeswalker of their choice.
Then each player that sacrificed a permanent
this way, creates an X/X blue Illusion creature token, where X is the sacrificed permanent's
mana value. It has, "When this creature
becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it."
