When Angel of balance enters the battlefield, you may search your libary for up to three basic Plains if an opponent controls more lands than you, put them on the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
Whenever Angel of balance attacks or blocks ,
draw a card if an opponent has more cards in hand than you.
