At the beginning of your end step, put a charge counter on Angel of Eras unless it's an extra turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a charge counter from Angel of Eras.
Whenever Angel of Eras blocks, you may remove a charge counter from it. If you do, take an extra turn after this one.
