Angelic Decisions

This enchantment enters the battlefield under the
control of target opponent.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may choose
a target opponent. If you do, target opponent
gains 4 life, draws a card, and untaps two lands
he/she controls. If not, Angelic Decisions deals 4
damage to you, you discard a card, and tap two
land you control. These land don't untap on you
next untap step.
