Eminence - Whenever you gain life, you may scry that much. Whenever you scry, put that many voice from above- counters on Angels voice.
Remove three counters: Search your libary up for a basic Plains card, put it in your hand.
Remove four counters: Draw a card.
Remove nine counters: Put target angel card from your hand on the battlefield.
