Anger in Pairs

If an opponent would begin an extra combat
phase, that player skips that phase instead.

At the end of your combat phase, if an
opponent has cast two or more spells this
turn, untap all creature you control. After
this phase there is an additional combat
phase. This ability only triggers once per
turn.
