Angler Dragon

{1}{u}{b}: Goad any number of target creatures, Dragon Angler can block any number of goaded creatures. When Angler Dragon blocks a goaded creature it gains first strike. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)
