Anima Relic

The “legend rule” does not apply to Anima Relic. Anima Relic is the color of the mana used to cast it. Anima Relic enters the battlefield with X charge counters on it. Legendary permanents you control with the same colors and with converted mana cost equal to the number of charge counters on Anima Relic get +3/+3 and “Whenever this permanent activates or triggers a non-mana ability, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.”
