Anime cat

Scratch and bite- when anime cat enters the battlefield, each opponent votes scratch or bite. For each opponent who voted scratch, search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped. For each opponent who voted bite, anime cat deals 3 damage divided as you choose between any number of target creatures/players.
