Annatar, Lord of Gifts

When Annatar enters the battlefield, each enemy player must mill their deck until they find an
artifact. This artifact enters the battlefield under
their control. At the end of each of their
forthcoming turns, if Annatar is still under your
control and the artifact is still in play, they must
give you the artifact. {x} is equal to the number
of enemy players.
