Annihilation

At the beginning of each upkeep, put a time counter on Annihilation, then for each time counter on Annihilation, Destroy a creature at random, If that creature is indestructible or legendary, instead exile it, then do the same for artifacts, planeswalkers, and lands. Then each player loses 3 life.
