Annual Celebration

When Annual Celebration enters the battlefield,
each player creates three Food tokens. (They're artifacts with "{2}, {t}, Sacrifice this artifact: You
gain 3 life.")
Whenever a player sacrifices a Food, they draw a
card and you create a Treasure token. Then, if
there are no Food tokens on the battlefield, put
Annual Celebration into its owner's library sixth
from the top.
