Fear what is unknown, but respect what you know will surely kill you.

Range of 7. Roll a D20 each attack:
If 1-7, the dart misses. If 8-14, the dart deals 4 damage.
If 15-20, the dart deals 8 damage, and enemy inflicted
w/ fear: cannot move in your direction for the next turn.
I.e. If you are Southeast of them, they cannot move South, East, or Southeast.
Unseen Strain BONUS:
Add 4 to each D20 roll.
