Whenever an opponent casts a non-creature spell, counter it and place a storage counter on Anti-Miasma Shield. During your upkeep, you
may pay X, where "X" is the number of storage counters on Anti-Miasma Shield plus 1. If you do not, sacrifice Anti-Miasma Shield.
When Anti-Miasma Shield leaves the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to you for each storage counter that was on it.
