Anuthar's world soul

Whenever a permanent is put into your graveyard, put a "soul" counter on Anuthar's World soul for each of that card's colors.
Remove X soul counters from Anuthar's World soul : Return target non-land permanent with converted mana-cost X from your graveyard to
the battlefield.
If Anuthar's world soul would be put into a graveyard, shuffle it into its owner's library instead.
