When you cast your second spell each turn put a +1/+1 counter on Aoi Todo and draw a card.
When you cast a instant or sorcery spell put a boogie woogie counter on Aoi Todo.

Remove Boogie woogie counter - swap any permanent on the battlefield until end of turn. Change the target of target spell or ability targeting those permanents
