Whenever Apex Predator or another creature enters the battlefield under your control, put a Prey Counter on target permanent you don’t control.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by a creature you control dies, if it had a Prey Counter on it, put a +1/+1 counter on the creature that dealt damage to it.
