Apocalyptic waves

When you cast Apocalyptic wave, destroy all artifacts and enchantments.
At the beginning of each player's endstep,
that player puts a -1/-1 counter on each creature
he/she controls and then chooses a creature card
from his/her graveyard or in exile
and puts it onto the battlefield.
When apocalyptic wave leaves the battlefield,
destroy all creatures.
