As long as your devotion to all colors is less
than nine, Apolis isn't a creature.

Whenever a creature is exiled, that creature's controller gains four life.

Whenever a creature without an eternity counter dies, exile it. Return that creature to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step with an eternity counter on it.
