Apos, The Beyond

At the beginning of your upkeep put a Scry counter on Apos, then Scry X where X is the number of Scry counters on Apos.

Apos gains +1/+1 for each scy counter on him.

Whenever a spell or ability would target Apos, you may remove a Scry counter from him to counter that ability instead.

At the beginning of your upkeep if Apos has 10 or more Scry counters on him you win the game.
