Appraisal of the Holders

{1}{w}{t}: Exile target creature you control, put a counter on Appraisal of the Holders.
At the begining of your upkeep, if Appraisal of
the Holders has 3 or more counters on it, you
may exile a creature from a graveyard. You lose
life equal to the coverted mana cost of the
exiled creature and create a token that is a copy
of that creature except it is a spirit in addition
to other types. Remove all counters from
Appraisal of the Holders.
