Aqoroz, the Reclaimer

Aqoroz, the Reclaimer's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Islands on the battlefield.
Whenever Aqoroz attacks, flood target land.(Put a flood counter on it. It's an Island for as long as it has a flood counter on it.) Then, if all lands are Islands, you win the game.
