A player can only control one festivity
Whenever a player taps a land, that player
adds {g} to their mana pool.
Whenever a land another player controls becomes tapped, Arbor Day's controller
adds {g} to their mana pool.
During your upkeep if it is March or April and
you control Arbor Day, creature spells you control have Flash.
