{2}{x} Build Up Charge: Arc Arrow adds X
to her next attack roll.
{3}{x} Leaping Lightning: Arc Arrow may
split up her attack bonus to make multiple attacks. Ex: an attack bonus of 4 could be split into two +2 attacks, a +3 and +1
attack, four +1 attacks, etc. Each attack
must have a bonus of at least +1.
