Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
you may pay {2}. If you do, put a charge counter
on Arcane Nexus.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Arcane
Nexus has three or more charge counters on it,
you may choose one of the following abilities:
• Draw a card for each instant and sorcery card in
your graveyard.
• Return all instant and sorcery cards from your
graveyard to your hand.
