Arcane Transformation

The next instant or sorcery spell you cast perpetually becomes a creature with a
power and toughness equal to its mana
value. It gains, "Whenever this creature
enters the battlefield, (instant or sorcery's effect)." (Perpetually means it stays a creature even when it leaves or changes zones.)
