For a round, when an enemy model is forced, casts
a spell, spends an essence, focus or fury while in
control range; place a catalytic token on a model in battlegroup + control range

A model gains +1 DEF and ARM for each token,
and cannot have more than 3. Their weapons gain Magical damage. Remove one token from a model
at the end of their activation
